INVIZION
BCB Now Offers inVizion TM All-Ceramic Restorations: Always Beautiful, Always Strong
BCB proudly offers inVizion restorations, the latest in state-of-the-art all-ceramics. inVizion restorations combine the proven strength of VITA YZ ceramic frameworks with the highly esthetic properties of VITAVM ® 9 ceramic veneering material. VITA YZ (yttrium stabilized zirconium oxide) material is one of the strongest all-ceramic dental materials available, and inVizion boasts an incredible 900+ MPa flexural strength.
INVIZION restorations are perfect for single anterior crowns, anterior bridges, single posterior crowns and posterior bridges and are available in 29 primary VITA 3D-Master ® shades as well as 52 intermediate shades. The preparation requires either a chamfer or a shoulder with a rounded internal preparation.
VITA YZ cubes are presintered zirconium oxide blocks partially stabilized with yttrium oxide. This condition allows easy processing and facilitates the grinding of enlarged bridge and crown substructures in the CEREC inLab ® system. These structures are then sintered in a VITA ZYrcomat, a special high temperature furnace, so that they shrink and form a highly stable and precision-fit structure.

IVOCLAR EMAX SYSTEM This stunning new
system from IVOCLAR encompasses a range of invaluable
techniques. From press to cad including a press to zircon
oxide ingot. To compliment this we use the highly aesthetic
EMAX CERAM veneering ceramic.
This is a truly expansive system, which allows us to
manufacture in metal free, Bridges and full crowns (with or
without YZ frameworks), partial crowns, inlay/onlay, and
veneers. The benefits of a system such as this are also vast
and crown, bridge and veneer combination cases which used to
be really tricky to get right are now much more predictable
and aesthetically pleasing.
EMAX PRESS AND EMAX CAD, are extremely high strength
lithium disilicate ceramic materials, and both have a
flexural strength of 400mpa. This is more than 4 times the
strength of conventional feldspathic porcelains. |

VITA 3D MASTER
BCB has for some years offered VITA restorative materials matched to the extended shade range of the Vitapan 3D-Master shade system, including increasingly in-demand bleached shades.
The 3D system addresses critical elements of tooth shade matching that have previously been unexplored by other shade systems, such as a systematic arrangement of shades to cover the entire natural tooth colour space and a rational method for colour specification that makes shade communication between the lab and dentist easier.
Vitas scientific approach to shade matching has made shade communication much more predictable and is our preferred method of shade selection.
The oval shape to the right is the entire tooth colour spectrum, notice the even spread of colours in the 3D graphic, compared to the limited numbers and random placement of the old vita classical guide. |

system, that has now been superseded by SIGNUM CERAMIS. We can offer in addition
to this GC GRADIA.
